Spending 20+ years in both consulting and internal Human Resources roles, I have been afforded a transparent view into organizational dynamics spanning many industries, including manufacturing, distribution, non-profit, government, media, and technology start-ups. This perspective has allowed me to fully grasp what individuals and companies as a whole can achieve with strong leaders who champion continuous learning, inspire cultures that aim high, and are not okay with “business as usual.”
